Our verdict on KloudMate
KloudMate is an observability platform for SRE, platform, DevOps, and engineering teams managing distributed systems. It brings together logs, metrics, and traces through OpenTelemetry, alongside application performance monitoring, infrastructure and Kubernetes monitoring, synthetic checks, alerting, issue tracking, and AI-assisted investigation. The platform is available on web, Android, iOS, and as a self-hosted deployment, making it suited to teams that want monitoring and incident response in one environment.
Pricing starts with a Free plan available forever. It includes usage across logs, traces, and metrics, 7-day data retention, APM, distributed tracing, service maps, infrastructure monitoring, alerting, issue tracking, and KloudMate Assistant. A 14-day free trial is also available. The Pro plan costs $99 per month, billed monthly, and includes $99 of usage; additional telemetry is billed separately. Pro extends logs and metrics retention to 14 days, keeps traces for up to 1 year, and adds incident management, on-call, status pages, SLOs, burn-rate alerts, and SSO/SAML.
