Klaxoon is a visual collaboration platform for teams running brainstorming sessions, workshops, meetings, training, and agile ceremonies. Its infinite Boards support ideas, documents, images, drawings, connectors, diagrams, and mindmaps. The platform also covers structured facilitation through Live Sessions, polls, questions, ratings, word clouds, dot voting, presentation mode, timers, and workshop templates. Pricing is freemium. The Free plan costs $0 per user per month and includes one Klaxoon activity at a time, up to 5 participants, up to 50 ideas per Board, and free templates. The Free account has no time limit. Starter costs $24.90 per host per month when billed annually, and adds unlimited open activities, up to 20 participants, more than 200 templates, and integrations with Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Wrike, and Jira. Enterprise adds unlimited participants subject to concurrent-user limits, SAML 2.0 SSO, security and privacy controls, and advanced administration and governance.
Klaxoon’s main distinction is the combination of collaborative whiteboarding and structured workshop analysis. AI features can summarize, classify, translate, and generate action plans, while engagement reporting and participation metrics help organizers review involvement.
