KeyConnect review
A lead-focused CRM for capturing, qualifying and converting property enquiries.

KeyConnect is a cloud-based CRM for real estate developers, brokers, agencies and sales teams handling residential, commercial or rental deals. It brings enquiries from websites, property portals, social campaigns, WhatsApp, phone calls and offline events into one system. Teams can manage inquiry, site visit, booking and closure stages through customizable pipelines, while web access and an Android app support office and mobile workflows.
Lead management is the product’s clearest strength. Automated reminders can respond to lead behavior, pipeline stage and agent activity, while scoring uses behavior, engagement, source, budget and timeline to help prioritize follow-up. Email and SMS tools include bulk sending and delivery tracking. Campaign tracking uses UTM parameters and lead-source tagging, and integrations include 99acres, MagicBricks, Meta, WhatsApp, email and SMS. Custom tags, filters, role-based permissions and multi-user assignment add structure for teams managing varied lead sources.
KeyConnect uses contact-sales pricing. Subscriptions may be billed monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually depending on the plan or contract, and an annual plan can qualify for a conditional 30-day refund window subject to approval and limited usage. That model may suit organizations wanting a configured CRM engagement, but buyers should expect pricing and plan scope to be established through a sales process. KeyConnect is a sensible fit for teams whose main challenge is turning multi-channel enquiries into organized sales stages, reminders and measurable campaigns. Teams primarily seeking property matching or inventory management should look for a product with those workflows at its center.
