Ketch is an AI transaction coordination platform for real estate brokerages, teams, and independent agents. It extracts information from executed contract PDFs, populates transaction files, drafts deal-specific email and disclosure communications, tracks milestones, and works with Outlook email and calendar events. Its feature set is aimed at reducing administrative work around active deals while keeping deadlines, commissions, checklists, and activity in one web-based workspace.

Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Solo costs $39 per month and includes AI contract PDF extraction, Outlook email and calendar events, Arizona deadline tracking, and commission and Google Sheets synchronization. Small Teams costs $129 per month and adds shared transaction views, team-level checklists, owner controls, and priority email support. Large Teams costs $299 per month and adds custom workflows, API access, an onboarding session, and a dedicated representative. A seven-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.

Ketch’s strongest fit is a small operation that wants contract extraction, deadline automation, Google Sheets synchronization, commission calculations, and shared transaction oversight without adopting a broader platform. Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Sheets integrations support common administrative workflows, while activity logging provides a record of transaction activity. The product is less suitable for organizations that need more than 15 transactions or require verified e-signature, compliance, or approval features. Those teams should consider a transaction platform with those capabilities as a core part of its offering.
