K12 Analytics Engineering brings district data into a managed warehouse for leaders, curriculum directors, school leaders and board members who need institutional analytics. It combines information from student information systems, assessment platforms, attendance trackers and other district tools, with data marts for assessment, attendance, grades and enrollment. The cloud service runs on Google BigQuery and supports customers’ preferred BI tools, so it is aimed at districts seeking an analytics foundation rather than a standalone student-facing learning product.

Its core value is the managed data pipeline: ingestion, transformation, modeling, infrastructure management and monitoring are part of the service.
