It brings job families and levels, salary bands, pay criteria, gender pay-gap analysis, regulatory reporting, job-ad pay-range publishing, and employee pay-information access into one system. The product supports both organizational workflows and employee visibility, making it suited to employers that need to structure compensation practices as well as respond to pay-information requests.
Pricing is organized into three monthly tiers. Professional costs €399 per month and includes full job architecture, pay bands for all categories, pay criteria documentation, pay-gap analysis, an employee self-service portal, and email support. Business costs €799 per month and adds full pay-gap reporting, automated compliance reports, audit-pack documentation, HR system integrations, and priority support. Enterprise includes everything in Business, plus multi-entity support, custom integrations, a dedicated success manager, an SLA with an uptime guarantee, and an on-premise option.
