JustBook is appointment-business software for salons, spas, barbershops, clinics, and other service providers. It combines branded online booking pages, appointment calendars, team management, online payments, client records, reminders, checkout sales, and inventory management. For salons, its inventory tools cover professional-use and retail products, per-location stock counts, barcode scanning, low-stock alerts, usage logging, and retail sales at checkout. It is aimed at small teams that want booking and core stock control in the same system across web, iOS, and Android.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Starter costs USD 15 per month and includes booking, payments, deposits, a live calendar, client history, and email reminders. Growth costs USD 29 per month and adds SMS and WhatsApp reminders, branded invoices, intake forms and waivers, a waitlist, inventory, stock counts, and products sold at checkout. Pro costs USD 39 per month and adds gift cards, discount codes, loyalty points, prepaid packages, email promotions, and win-back campaigns.
