Junip is a product-review platform for ecommerce brands, particularly Shopify stores. It automates post-purchase review requests and collects product, store, photo, and video reviews through onsite forms and marketing integrations. Merchants can moderate and reply to reviews, import existing content, analyze performance, and display feedback through product, storewide, carousel, and UGC gallery widgets. It is best suited to multi-store brands that need review collection alongside distribution across external commerce and discovery channels.
The published plans show a freemium structure with monthly pricing. Free includes unlimited review requests and orders, onsite displays, automated review request emails, analytics, and review replies. Core costs $29 per month and adds incentivized reviews, product groups and bundles, Google review snippets, advanced onsite configuration, and media galleries on product detail pages.
