Junip is a product-review platform for ecommerce brands, particularly Shopify stores. It automates post-purchase review requests and collects product, store, photo, and video reviews through onsite forms and marketing integrations. Merchants can moderate and reply to reviews, import existing content, analyze performance, and display feedback through product, storewide, carousel, and UGC gallery widgets. It is best suited to multi-store brands that need review collection alongside distribution across external commerce and discovery channels.

The published plans show a freemium structure with monthly pricing. Free includes unlimited review requests and orders, onsite displays, automated review request emails, analytics, and review replies. Core costs $29 per month and adds incentivized reviews, product groups and bundles, Google review snippets, advanced onsite configuration, and media galleries on product detail pages. Growth costs $79 per month and adds syndication to Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok Shop, and Shop App, plus marketing integrations, dynamic translations, custom questions, search and filtering, and media incentives. Premium costs $299 per month and adds Junip AI, review tagging, API and custom apps, multi-store management, and syndication across stores in an organization.

Junip’s strongest distinction is the combination of review operations and network syndication. Integrations include Shopify, Klaviyo, Omnisend, Postscript, Drip, Attentive, Shopify Flow, and Gorgias, while supported destinations include Bazaarvoice and major shopping and social channels. The API supports custom review displays, and AI-generated summaries are available as a feature. Brands focused on one storefront and basic review collection may find the paid starting point less compelling than a narrower tool. Brands managing multiple stores or needing coordinated syndication should look at Growth or Premium, while smaller teams can begin with Free or the 7-day trial.
