JOEY review
A dealership-focused follow-up system with multichannel outreach and CRM connections.

JOEY is a sales follow-up system for automotive salespeople and dealerships. It works alongside an existing CRM to organize lead follow-up, prepare text and email messages, place calls through a CRM auto dialer, and track appointments. Its workflow coverage is tailored to dealership activity, including first contact, lead reactivation, trade-in follow-up, unsold-show follow-up, and service-to-sales conversion. Web, Chrome extension, and API access support different working environments.
Pricing ranges from a limited free account to several paid tiers. The Free plan provides 14 days at full Pro limits, followed by automated texts and emails, an auto dialer, and basic lead tracking. Green Pea costs $150 per month and adds the Lead First-Contact ritual. Pro costs $200 per month with unlimited texts, emails, and dialer calls, Beast Mode dialer, multichannel orchestration, analytics, and phone and email support. Pro Beast costs $500 per month with dedicated inference capacity, queue priority, and faster response SLAs. Concierge costs $1,000 per month and adds a dedicated account manager, vehicle delivery and driver dispatch, and concierge help. Lifetime access costs $3,600 as a one-time payment.
The product’s strongest fit is for dealerships that want structured, recurring outreach around an existing CRM rather than a general-purpose sales engagement tool. DriveCentric and Tekion have the deepest documented support, while VinSolutions and calendar connections extend the workflow across Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook. AI can generate vehicle-specific messages from conversation history, while read-only iCalendar feeds support appointment visibility. A key qualification is autonomy: the current live autonomy rung is draft-only, with human review required before messages are sent. Dealerships should choose JOEY for specialized follow-up sequences and CRM-connected calling; teams seeking fully autonomous message sending or broader documented CRM coverage should look elsewhere.
