JobField is field-service management software for appliance repair businesses and other trade-service companies. It brings live technician, truck, and job dispatch into a scheduling and invoicing workflow, while supporting parts tracking, diagnostic fees, return visits, customer notifications, and payment collection at the job site. Web access and native iOS and Android apps support solo operators, growing crews, and multi-crew shops.
Pricing is structured by company rather than by user. Starter costs $49 per company per month and includes a live dispatch map, scheduling and invoicing, and JobField Pay. Pro costs $149 per company per month and adds call summaries and transcription, tap-to-pay and reminders, advanced reports, and a native mobile app. Platform costs $299 per company per month and adds customer document sending and priority support to the Pro features. A 14-day trial is available without requiring a credit card, but there is no free plan.
The strongest fit is a repair operation that needs dispatch visibility, drag-and-drop scheduling, parts movement, diagnostic-fee handling, on-site invoicing, and technician workflows that continue offline with GPS support.
