Jamf Pro is an Apple device management platform for IT teams responsible for Macs and other Apple devices. It supports commercial, education, healthcare, and government organizations, including large Apple fleets. Administrators can manage the product through a browser, Jamf Cloud, or an on-premises deployment, with REST API access for integrations and automation. Core capabilities include automated enrollment, configuration, application deployment, inventory, FileVault management, compliance settings, and remote security commands.
Pricing is organized around Jamf for Mac and Jamf for Mobile, both sold through contact-sales offerings powered by Jamf Pro. Jamf for Mac combines macOS management and workflow automation with endpoint protection, vulnerability management, content filtering, identity and access management, and Zero Trust Network Access. Jamf for Mobile adds mobile device management, mobile threat defense, and Zero Trust Network Access for mobile devices.
