IXACT Contact is a web-based real estate CRM and marketing automation platform for agents, teams, brokerages, and associations. It brings contact profiles, follow-up reminders, lead capture, email campaigns, listings, and pipeline reporting together, with a responsive agent website and mobile access. That combination suits agents who want one system for nurturing contacts and maintaining a real-estate website, rather than a CRM limited to contact records.
The plan lineup separates individual subscriptions from team roles and optional website and IDX services. Individual Annual and Individual Monthly include CRM, email marketing, an automated monthly e-Newsletter, a responsive agent website, a mobile app, and Google Sync. Team Leader Annual and Team Leader Monthly are described as the Teams version with CRM and marketing features, while Team Member Annual and Team Member Monthly are described as the Teams version. IDX Broker Core adds property search, automated listing alerts, lead capture, and IDX integration; domain registration is also offered as an option. A 14-day trial is available, and signup requires a credit card, with billing beginning after the trial. Choose it if those bundled contact and marketing tools fit your workflow; consider another option if you need a free plan or want IDX features included with the individual package.
For teams, lead distribution and assignment connect incoming leads with the nurturing workflow. Email marketing includes drip campaigns and campaign reporting, while pipeline management and goal setting offer visibility into business activity. Integrations include Google Contacts and Calendar, Outlook, Zillow, Facebook Lead Ads, Zapier, BombBomb, and IDX Broker, among others. It runs on web, macOS, iOS, and Android, and support is available through email, phone, and documentation. The feature mix is broad for real estate prospecting, but buyers seeking a CRM without a website or marketing focus may prefer a more narrowly scoped tool.
