Itensity is gym and fitness studio management software for independent studios, gyms, and fitness chains. For Pilates and similar class-based businesses, it brings scheduling, capacity management, waitlists, instructor workflows, member management, CRM, billing, access control, reporting, and a branded member app into one system. Members can book through mobile or web, while studios can configure recurring timetables, holiday overrides, credit-based access, session packs, and attendance tracking. It is positioned for South African facilities as well as customers in the UK and EU.
Pricing is paid and varies by active-member count. Starter is listed at R600 per month and includes class bookings and scheduling, member management, CRM and lead tracking, automated email, SMS, and push messaging, a white-label member app, and Vitality Fitness readiness. Standard is shown at R2,440 per month for 300–499 active members. It adds or includes debit order automation, payment gateway integration, access control, member management and CRM, plus class bookings and scheduling. The plan structure suits studios that need more than reservations, particularly those managing recurring billing, member communications, and controlled entry.
The strongest differentiator is the combination of operational scheduling and engagement tracking. Instructors can be assigned, substituted, and linked to attendance confirmation and session tracking, while members can join waitlists with automatic promotion. QR and barcode access control connects front-desk entry with the wider member record, and workout tracking, personal-best tracking, and leaderboards extend the platform beyond class administration. Integrations include Discovery Vitality Fitness, Vitality Anywhere, Online Join, and the Netcash payment gateway. Choose Itensity when access control, retention workflows, and member activity matter; studios seeking a lightweight booking-only tool may prefer a narrower system.
