A strong fit for B2B teams that need CPQ, proposals, approvals, and connected sales operations.

IQX is a cloud-based configure-price-quote platform for businesses that create complex sales quotes and proposals. It brings product and pricing configuration, dynamic catalogs, relational product trees, branded proposal templates, approvals, reporting, tracking, online acceptance, e-signature support, and payment processing into a structured sales workflow. It is positioned for manufacturers, distributors, professional services firms, technology companies, and other B2B organizations with defined sales processes. Teams can run it as a standalone web and API product or connect it to existing business systems.
Pricing is organized across three paid monthly tiers. Standard costs $39 per user per month and includes the dynamic online catalog, relational product tree, resource library, personalized proposal headers and footers, and reporting tools. Professional costs $59 per user per month and adds integrations, fully customized proposal templates, premium email and phone support, and an approval system. Pro-Plus costs $74 per user per month and adds Microsoft Outlook 365 integration and Google integration for Gmail. Standard lists a 1–5 user range, and every deployment requires a one-time setup fee.
IQX’s main strength is breadth within complex B2B quoting: CRM and ERP connections include Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle, Zoho, Acumatica, SAP, and QuickBooks, while Shopify, Outlook 365, and Gmail extend the surrounding workflow. Its REST API supports third-party integrations, and the feature set covers proposal delivery through acceptance, signatures, payments, and analytics. Choose IQX when product catalogs, pricing rules, approvals, and business-system connectivity matter together. Teams seeking a simple proposal-only tool, a free entry tier, or a narrowly focused document editor may find this broader CPQ approach less suitable.
