Our verdict on Inxmail
Inxmail is an email marketing platform for companies creating newsletters, data-driven campaigns, automated trigger emails and transactional messages. Its feature set covers drag-and-drop email creation, AI-assisted editing and subject-line suggestions, recipient management, segmentation, visual automation workflows, A/B testing, reporting, and REST and SMTP APIs. A separate SMTP Mail Relay service supports organizations that create emails in their own systems. With its founding in 1999 and a focus on both marketing and delivery infrastructure, Inxmail is suited to established teams with structured email operations.
Pricing is divided between the Email marketing platform at €200 per month and SMTP Mail Relay at €70 per month, both billed monthly. The email marketing plan includes unlimited lists, recipients and target groups, campaign and transactional emails, a visual workflow editor, A/B testing, reporting and a basic API. The relay plan includes SMTP sending, real-time delivery monitoring, delivery statistics, bounce management, and optional dedicated IPs and SLA models.
