InvGate Insight, now called InvGate Asset Management, is an IT asset management platform for organizations that need centralized visibility across hardware, software, cloud resources, and network devices. It is aimed at mid-market and enterprise IT teams managing distributed or complex environments. Discovery can use agents, IP-range scanning, cloud integrations, endpoint-management connectors, and imports. The platform also covers software licensing, asset lifecycle administration, compliance reporting, health rules, monitoring, deployment, and relationship visualization.

Pricing is paid and billed annually. The Starter plan costs $1,499 per year and includes Automated Discovery, AI Hub, and Health Rules. Pro costs $5 per IP device per year and adds SSO Integration, automatic CMDB mapping, and Software Deployment. Enterprise adds data residency options, on-premise hosting, and dedicated servers. A 30-day trial is available. The plan structure makes the product suitable for teams that need a broader asset administration scope, while organizations comparing costs should account for the different pricing basis in Pro and the higher-control deployment options in Enterprise.

Its strongest fit is a hybrid environment that spans endpoint devices, network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and configuration relationships. Integrations include Microsoft Intune, JAMF, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, VMware vCenter, Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory, ServiceNow, Jira, Okta, and remote-access tools such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk. A REST API supports additional connections with ITSM, endpoint-management, cloud, and remote-access systems. Choose InvGate Insight when discovery breadth and lifecycle administration matter together; choose a narrower tool if you only need basic inventory or a single-environment scanner.
