Our verdict on Invenva
Invenva is inventory management software for small businesses and teams operating shops, cafés, warehouses, pharmacies, workshops, online stores, and similar operations. It runs in a web browser and on iPhone and iPad, with tools for adding products, scanning barcodes, recording stock movements, counting quantities, managing supplier orders, and receiving alerts for low stock and expiry dates. Offline work with synchronization when online makes it suited to teams that count or update inventory where connectivity is inconsistent.
Its strongest fit is day-to-day stock control. Users can create barcode labels, assign item locations and custom fields, track quantity differences during stock counts, and review stock movement history with an undo capability. Supplier orders, delivery checklists, and receiving add purchasing-side workflow, while reports and PDF or Excel exports support operational review. Team access with roles is included in Pro, making the paid tier more appropriate when several people need to update inventory.
The published plans show a Free tier with up to 20 items, 20 stock actions, barcode scanning, offline work, low-stock and expiry alerts, and reports. Pro costs $79.99 per year and adds unlimited items and stock actions, team roles, Excel and CSV import, PDF and Excel exports, barcode labels, custom fields, and currency options.
