Our verdict on Internhuddle
Internhuddle is internship management software for employers running structured programs across startups, scale-ups, agencies, universities and nonprofits. It brings video-first applications, AI-assisted screening, offers, e-signature contracts, mentor matching, weekly feedback, intern journals, performance reports and certificates into one web workspace. Interns receive a private portal, while university placement offices can access consented placement records through a free read-only portal. A separate full-time hiring track extends the workflow beyond internships.
Hiring teams get a focused set of tools for reviewing and progressing candidates. Video applications use 90-second introductions, while AI screening provides scoring and summaries. Blind Mode and screening calibration support a more structured review process. Approve-by-exception automation, reminders, offers and built-in e-signature contracts address the administrative steps after screening. The platform also supports mentor matching by area and capacity, giving programs a defined route from selection to placement.
The program-management layer is equally central. Structured weekly feedback, at-risk flags, journals, performance reports and certificates help employers track an intern’s progress over time. The university placement portal adds consent controls for sharing placement records, and each company receives an isolated workspace.
