Internetport Managed Load Balancer review
A budget managed balancer with automatic TLS, HA failover, and web-based management.

Internetport Managed Load Balancer distributes traffic across backend servers with Layer 4 TCP or Layer 7 HTTP/HTTPS balancing. It is fully managed and hosted in a Swedish data center, making it suited to teams that want managed traffic distribution rather than operating a load-balancing layer themselves. Backends can include Internetport servers, cloud infrastructure, other providers, or customer premises. The service includes a dedicated public VIP, health checks, host- and path-based routing, TLS termination, rate limiting, and customer-panel management for listeners, targets, and certificates.
The three monthly plans differ mainly in certificate capacity while retaining the same headline service structure. LB 5 costs €7.92 per month and includes 20 TB of traffic, 10 SSL certificates, fully managed service, high availability, and a dedicated public VIP. LB 20 costs €20.72 per month with 25 SSL certificates, while LB 40 costs €39.92 per month with 50 SSL certificates. Both higher tiers include 20 TB of traffic, fully managed service, high availability, and a dedicated public VIP. These plans give buyers a straightforward path to more certificate capacity without changing the core balancing model.
Its strongest feature set is the combination of automatic failover, configurable active and passive health checks, and automatic renewal of Let's Encrypt certificates. Per-listener rate limiting adds a DDoS protection measure, while host- and path-based routing supports more specific HTTP traffic rules. The trade-off is scope: the platform is web-only, and backend targets are limited to 25. Organizations needing broader platform coverage or more than 25 backend targets should consider another service. Internetport is a sensible fit for budget-conscious teams that want managed L4/L7 balancing, Swedish hosting, automatic TLS, and panel-based reconfiguration without running the service themselves.
