Integrivo is an open-source real estate CRM for solo brokers and agencies that want contact and deal management alongside listing operations. Its workspace combines a shared WhatsApp inbox, listing inventory, property matching, showings, viewing feedback, pipeline forecasting, portal syndication, and business insights. Teams can also manage quotes, invoices, seller activity reports, documents, and role-based access from the same product. Web and self-hosted deployment make it a fit for organizations that want control over their environment and workflows.
The published pricing information describes Integrivo as free to use while it is developed in the open. The Experimental plan includes the full CRM and listing syndication, omnichannel inbox, pipeline and insights, portal syndication, open-source and self-hostable deployment, and community support. A “Free for 14 days” message also appears alongside the description of the product as free with no paywall. Its ecosystem is particularly relevant to European agencies: integrations include WhatsApp Cloud API, Idealista, Immobiliare.it, SeLoger, ImmoScout24, Funda, Rightmove, Kyero, Pisos.com, OLX, and OpenImmo.
Operational depth is a central strength. Inventory can be viewed in grid, table, and map formats, while event-driven automations can handle notifications, assignments, tasks, and documents. Weighted forecasting, cross-functional sales and billing insights, audit logging, and role-based access controls extend the product beyond a basic contact database. The trade-off is scope: Integrivo is described as experimental, its platform coverage is web and self-hosted, and its CRM breadth is narrower around email marketing and follow-up workflows. Choose it for open-source control, WhatsApp-centered communication, and property distribution; choose an alternative if mobile applications or broader marketing automation are essential.
Integrivo pros and cons
- Where it wins
- Shared WhatsApp inbox connects contacts and deals
- Listing syndication supports European portals through feeds and APIs
- Forecasting, automations, billing insights, and audit controls in one CRM
- Where it doesn't
- Experimental product status may not suit risk-averse teams
- Web and self-hosted coverage excludes mobile apps
- Email marketing and follow-up capabilities are narrower than its CRM breadth
