InsuredMine is a cloud CRM and engagement platform for independent insurance agencies and brokers. It brings together sales pipeline management, renewal and cross-sell opportunities, Account 360 views, client communications, analytics, e-signatures, and agency management system integrations. Insurance teams can use it for prospecting, policy-related information, renewals, client service, and marketing automation across web, iOS, and Android, with API access available on the Full plan.
Published plans show three pricing options. Lite costs $219 per month with annual billing and includes a client portal, cross-sell intelligence, native e-signatures, AMS integrations, and renewal automation. Plus has a $579 base price and adds advanced workflow automation, an AI voice agent, goal management and leaderboard features, and drip campaigns. Full costs $118 per user per month with monthly billing and adds unlimited everything, advanced analytics and custom KPIs, API access, white-label options, and a dedicated CSM. The 14-day trial is paid, and there is no free plan.
Its ecosystem is a central strength for agencies working across multiple systems. Integrations include Applied Epic, HawkSoft, NowCerts, QQ Catalyst, Nexsure, miEdge, Canopy, Zapier, RingCentral, Lightspeed Voice, Twilio, Stripe, ePay, and QuoteRUSH. Google Calendar synchronization, work email synchronization, email tracking, portals, document audit trails, and signatures extend the platform beyond a basic pipeline. Agencies that need coordinated marketing automation, renewal workflows, and insurance-specific opportunity management should consider InsuredMine. Teams seeking a simpler CRM or a lower entry price may find its tier structure less suitable.
