Inpulse is an employee engagement and insights platform for HR leaders, people teams, executives and managers. It combines engagement and pulse surveys with AI-generated themes, sentiment and emotion analysis, reporting, heatmaps, benchmarking, manager dashboards, action planning, recognition cards, interactive messaging and 360-degree manager reviews. Its focus is broad: organisations can collect feedback, interpret it and connect findings to follow-up actions within one platform.
The published Pro plan starts at £8,000 for organisations with 100 or more employees. It includes unlimited employee engagement surveys, company-wide AI-driven insights, sentiment, emotion and free-text analysis, manager guides and action plans, and presentation-ready reports. Enterprise adds segment-level AI insights, a post-survey strategy session, manager coaching, a dedicated engagement specialist and lifecycle surveys. Custom adds custom development, bespoke HR-tech integrations, correlative analysis, executive-ready presentations, and people and leadership consulting. This tier structure suits organisations that need more guided analysis or tailored services, but the £8,000 Pro entry point and paid-only model make it a poor fit for smaller teams seeking a low-cost starting point.
