Its toolset is aimed at constructing and editing vector artwork rather than offering multiple drawing modes: users can draw paths and Bézier curves, create compound paths, masks and groups, and add text objects. Photos and SVG graphics can be imported, while drawings can be exported as SVG, PDF or PNG. That makes it a focused option for solo Apple users who want to create and exchange vector illustrations without paying for the app.

The feature set covers more than basic path drawing. Gradients and custom stroke dash patterns provide styling options, while layers and grids help organize artwork.
