Inhubber is a cloud-based contract lifecycle management platform for legal, procurement, HR, sales, finance, and other business teams. It brings contract storage, reusable templates, approval workflows, deadline and renewal tracking, collaboration, audit trails, and electronic signatures into a shared workspace. Its semantic search and AI-assisted analysis make it particularly relevant to teams that need to locate clauses and review obligations or risks across a contract repository. The product is available on the web and is offered by key2contract GmbH, founded in 2019.

Search and review are a central strength. Inhubber supports full-text and semantic search across contracts and attachments, while AI analysis covers clauses, deadlines, obligations, and risks. Workspaces, folders, role-based access, comments, tasks, and participant roles help teams organize review and approval work. Built-in e-signatures include qualified electronic signatures; the platform also records audit trails and blockchain-backed activity. Teams choosing it for repository-wide discovery and signature workflows will find a broader lifecycle scope than a tool focused only on signing. However, organizations seeking a narrow, lightweight signature product may not need its contract organization and review capabilities.

The published plans show a Basic tier with 50 contract files per user and 1,000 documents, unlimited eSignatures, deadlines, notifications, tasks, custom fields, and mass import and export. Standard adds blockchain encryption, AI document analysis, full-text search, unlimited workspaces and folders, and granular access control. Professional adds individual processes and workflows, API and custom integrations, on-demand ERP and CRM integrations, custom configurations, and Microsoft SSO OIDC. Pricing is handled through contact sales. That makes it harder to compare costs before speaking with the vendor, and Basic's document allowance may not suit repositories that outgrow it. Inhubber is a stronger fit for teams prioritizing search, analysis, and qualified signatures than for buyers who want transparent self-serve pricing.

Inhubber pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • AI analysis flags clauses, deadlines, obligations, and risks.
    • Semantic search, templates, approvals, and lifecycle reminders share one repository.
    • Built-in qualified e-signatures and audit records support signature workflows.
  • Where it doesn't
    • Public pricing is not displayed; buying requires contacting sales.
    • Basic limits storage to 50 contract files per user and 1,000 documents.
    • API, custom integrations, and individual workflows require Professional.
