InboxSys is an email deliverability platform for marketers, agencies, email service providers, and large-volume senders. It tests campaigns against ISP seedlists, reports inbox or spam-folder placement, checks DMARC, SPF, and DKIM authentication, analyzes content and links, and monitors IP, sender reputation, and blacklists. Its web and API access support teams that need recurring deliverability checks across multiple mailstreams or clients.
Pricing is paid and begins with the Sender plan at €225 per quarter or €795 per year. Sender includes message preview, ISP seedlists, message authentication, content analysis, link analysis, and blacklist checks. The Agency plan costs €995 per quarter and adds 2,500 tests per month, 500 IPs, 10 subaccounts, SNDS, IP grouping and trends, and PDF/CSV reports. The ESP plan includes 25,000 tests per month, 5,000 IPs, 90 subaccounts, an account manager, custom seedlists, and API access. A 14-day trial is available, while the Whitelabel add-on and DMARC monitor extend the product for specialized deployments.
