Improvado review
A strong fit for teams that need governed marketing data from extraction through reporting.

Improvado is a marketing intelligence and analytics platform for medium-to-large enterprises and agencies. It connects marketing, advertising, CRM, analytics, and other data sources, then transforms raw inputs into analysis-ready datasets. Teams can use pre-built or custom dashboards, attribution connecting touchpoints to pipeline and revenue, spend reporting for ROAS, CPA, and conversions, CRM reporting, and an AI Agent for natural-language analysis, recommendations, anomaly detection, and forecasting. Web and API access support both direct analysis and managed extraction workflows.
The plan structure covers different levels of scale and control. Free Limited costs $0 per month and includes one workspace, live API requests across all sources, limited AI Agent and MCP access, and 50 MCP actions per week. MCP Only costs $100 per month and adds MCP, a knowledge graph, connections, modeling, 2 million rows per year, daily sync, and 300 MCP actions per week. Advanced increases capacity to 600 million rows per year, up to four daily syncs, 200 actions per day, 4,000 weekly MCP actions, and up to 50 workspaces, with Marketing Data Governance and premium customer support. Enterprise adds 1 billion rows per year, custom sync, 600 actions per day, 12,000 weekly MCP actions, unlimited workspaces, SSO, and professional services.
Integration coverage includes Google Cloud, Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, Sisense, Quora, Adobe Exchange, Amazon Ads, HubSpot, GoodData, X, and Walmart Connect. The API can create and manage extraction orders, while scheduled extraction and configurable lookback windows support ongoing reporting workflows. Improvado suits organizations that need governed pipelines spanning marketing sources, warehouses, dashboards, attribution, and AI analysis. Smaller teams with simple reporting needs may find the workspace, action, row, and sync limits more consequential than the broader feature set.
