Our verdict on idloom

idloom is a cloud event management platform for organizations running conferences, training sessions, corporate meetings, workshops and other professional events. It combines configurable registration forms with conditional logic, free and paid ticketing, capacity management, payment processing, refunds, invoicing, VAT management, attendee communications, agenda and session tools, QR-code check-in, badge design and virtual or hybrid event features. Its web and API access, attendee app option and CRM integrations make it suitable for teams managing structured professional events across several formats.

The pricing ladder gives small teams a low-risk starting point. The free plan includes unlimited free events, up to 50 attendees per event, unlimited users, data export and basic event statistics. The first paid tier costs €295 per year and adds unlimited attendees, branding, capacity and ticket management, QR-code check-in and event duplication. Higher annual-billing tiers cost €150, €450, €550 or €1,150 per month, adding capabilities such as paid-event limits, payment methods, discounts, multilingual registration, hotel booking, waiting lists, attendee portals, email automation, AI support and independent sub-accounts. The displayed prices exclude VAT.

idloom’s strongest fit is for teams that need more than registration alone: payment workflows, refunds, invoices, tax handling, access control, agendas, workshops, communications and branded websites are covered in one platform. Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Adyen, bank transfer and webhooks. The platform can also support online streaming, hybrid events and attendee networking through its mobile app. Teams running occasional small events may find the free attendee limit sufficient; organizations needing the mobile app, large paid events or advanced workflows should budget for a paid tier and annual billing.
