iDempiere is an open-source enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, and supply chain management system for organizations that need a customizable business platform. Its functional coverage includes sales quote-to-invoice workflows, purchasing requisition-to-invoice workflows, financial accounting, inventory and material management, manufacturing, projects, assets, and returns. Multi-tenant and multi-organization support makes it relevant for organizations managing multiple financial entities within a tenant. It is available for Linux, Windows, and macOS, with API access for connected applications.
The main strength is breadth without a paid subscription model. iDempiere brings finance, order management, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, project management, and asset management into one open-source system. Its database and service options include PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, REST web services, and SOAP web services.
