iDashboard review
A broad web CRM for agencies managing listings, enquiries, contacts and campaigns.

iDashboard is a browser-based real estate CRM for Australian solo agents, teams, offices and franchises. It brings listing management, portal uploads, contact records, enquiry capture, open-home tools, email campaigns, SMS messaging, reporting and marketing workflows into one web platform. Its listing workflow can run from appraisal through settlement or lease, while contact activity streams, lead inboxes and owner assignment support day-to-day agency operations. The platform is best suited to agencies that want a broad operational CRM rather than a tool focused only on listings or only on contact management.
The plans are structured around agency size and workflow. Solo includes one agent licence, while Dual includes two; both provide every feature, unlimited listings, XML bulk uploads, unlimited contacts and campaign emails. Office adds unlimited agent licences with the same listed feature set. Uploads Only also supports unlimited agent licences and listings with XML bulk uploads, but is limited to listing uploads and excludes contact management and campaign emails. Pricing is supplied through sales contact, accounts are billed monthly, and pricing and limits apply per office location. A 60-day money-back guarantee is advertised.
iDashboard’s ecosystem fit is a notable strength for agencies working across property portals and marketing services. Listed integrations include MailChimp, iDashsites, Realestate.com.au, Domain.com.au, CoreLogic and ActivePipe, while REST API access supports third-party integrations. CSV contact imports include field mapping, and the platform can automate contact creation, owner assignment and campaign subscription. Open-home workflows add a wizard and QR self check-in, while appraisal and vendor reporting extend coverage beyond lead capture. Agencies needing mobile access should look elsewhere, and teams seeking publicly displayed pricing or a dedicated mobile app may prefer an alternative.
