Humanity Schedule is cloud-based employee scheduling software for hourly and shift-based workforces. Managers can build schedules, forecast demand, fill open shifts, manage availability and leave, monitor labor costs, and apply scheduling rules. Employees can view schedules, request time off, submit availability, pick up open shifts, and arrange shift swaps through web, iOS, and Android access. TCP positions the product for healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, government, and other frontline operations.
Pricing starts with Essentials at $2.75 per employee per month when billed annually. This tier includes drag-and-drop scheduling, multiple locations, shift swaps, availability and time-off requests, geofenced clock-in/out, mobile apps, and basic reporting. Professional costs $3.75 per employee per month with annual billing and adds auto-fill scheduling, demand-based scheduling, labor cost and budgeting, skills and certifications, and SSO/SAML. Enterprise includes everything in Professional, plus Shift Tasks, Labor Optimizer, HCM integrations, and an available Open API add-on. A 30-day trial is available, while the product does not have a permanent free plan.
The main distinction is breadth: Humanity Schedule combines everyday scheduling with AI demand forecasting, automatic schedule generation, open-shift reassignment, compliance controls, labor budgeting, and employee self-service. Its integration list includes ADP WorkforceNow, Oracle, Workday, BambooHR, PeopleSoft, Ellucian, Paycor, Paychex, Paycom, QuickBooks, Netchex, and Sage. That makes it a strong fit for organizations coordinating multiple locations, systems, and frontline teams. Smaller teams seeking only basic rota creation may not need its enterprise-oriented controls, integrations, or higher-tier planning features.
