A connected HRIS for growing teams that need records, workflows, and integrations.

Humaans is an HRIS for growing companies and global teams that need a central system for employee data and people operations. Its people directory supports search and filters by department, location, and other attributes, while employee records can include employment, role, compensation, and workplace data. The platform also covers org charts, document management, onboarding and offboarding, absence tracking, reporting, analytics, access provisioning, and configurable fields. It is positioned for small, mid-market, and enterprise organizations through web and API access.
The published plans show three distinct paths. Growth includes the core HRIS features, including integrations and API access. Enterprise adds SAML-based single sign-on, unlimited custom fields, webhooks, priority support, and 99.9% uptime. Athena focuses on automation with pre-built agents, a natural language agent builder, custom workflows, employee self service, approvals, notifications, and an audit log of all actions. Pricing is handled through sales, so Humaans is better suited to teams evaluating a tailored commercial arrangement than buyers seeking self-serve plan selection.
Integration breadth is a central strength. Humaans connects with Google Workspace, Microsoft, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, JumpCloud, Slack, Zapier, Lattice, Greenhouse, Ashby, DocuSign, and Carta. Its compliance and identity capabilities include SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, SAML SSO, and two-factor authentication. Support is provided through email and documentation, while mobile access does not require an app-store installation. Choose Humaans if connected employee records, workflow automation, and access management matter most; consider another HR product if a free plan, published pricing, or a native mobile app is a priority.
