HROne is a cloud-based HRMS for Indian businesses managing the employee lifecycle across core HR, attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding and performance. It suits startups, small teams, mid-market organizations and larger enterprises that want employee records, approvals, payroll processing and mobile self-service in one system. Employees can use the mobile app for attendance, leave, approvals and payslips, while HR teams can manage records, policies, documents and workflows through web access.
Pricing is structured around paid monthly plans. Basic costs INR 99 per user per month and includes Core HR, Time Office, Payroll, Mobile App, and Reports and dashboards. Professional costs INR 130 per user per month and adds Workforce plus digital acknowledgement of letters and policies. Enterprise includes everything in Professional, along with Recruitment, Performance, Engagement, Expense and Asset modules; its pricing is custom.
