HPHRMS Smart Attendance is a workforce attendance module for Indian businesses and field-based teams. Employees can punch in and out from a phone while the system captures GPS coordinates, optionally collects a selfie, and checks the punch against an assigned worksite geofence. It also includes configurable late-arrival rules, grace minutes, attendance history, downloadable reports, employee self-service, and attendance-derived payroll hours. The Free plan is aimed at small teams and supports up to 25 employees.
The pricing structure starts with Free, which includes Core HRMS, Attendance, Leave Management, and Employee Self-Service. Starter supports up to 100 employees and adds Payroll, Recruitment, Documents, and an AI Assistant. Professional supports up to 500 employees and adds Timesheets, Invoicing, Client Portal, and White Label.
