Hoylu is a cloud-based whiteboarding, planning, and task-management platform for distributed project teams in construction, design, engineering, and related work. Its infinite workspaces bring visual collaboration, diagramming, planning structures, templates, task organization, reporting, and presentations into a shared environment. Teams can use sticky notes, shapes, arrows, and connections to map ideas and relationships, then organize work in boards, plans, tables, and task-management structures. Guest access through shared workspace links supports participation beyond the core team.
The plan structure ranges from a Free user plan with credit-based usage limits to Plus, Project, and Enterprise. Free users can create workspaces and edit content within the allowance. Plus adds unlimited workspaces for single users and small teams sharing workspaces with participants. Project adds unlimited workspaces and users within a project, centralized user management, and optional premium integrations.
