Our verdict on Hop
Hop is a cloud-based property management system for hotels and accommodation businesses, including B&Bs, pubs with rooms, holiday rentals, hotel groups, and other hospitality operators. Its scope covers booking and reservation management, a commission-free booking engine, channel management, integrated online payments, revenue reporting, guest CRM, event management, housekeeping, and maintenance. HopLite is aimed at smaller properties with fewer than 15 rooms, while the full Hop PMS is positioned for larger hotels and multi-property groups.
Pricing is structured around two paid monthly plans. HopLite costs £99 per month and includes a booking engine, channel manager, automated guest communications, revenue management and reporting, and onboarding support. Hop Inclusive costs £150 per month and adds a commission-free booking engine, reservation management, event management, revenue and reporting tools, and CRM. The plan differences make HopLite a practical starting point for smaller properties, while Hop Inclusive is more suited to operations that need broader guest, event, and reservation functionality in one package.
