Our verdict on Hexfit
Hexfit is software for personal trainers and other fitness professionals, combining workout programming, client records, progress monitoring, messaging, appointments, billing, assessments, and mobile client access. Trainers can assign structured programs, review completed sessions and connected-device data, communicate with clients, and manage client information through a browser-based professional account. Clients have mobile applications for iOS and Android. The product was founded in 2015 and is offered through paid monthly plans with a seven-day trial.
The plans add capabilities progressively. Starter includes more than 5,000 exercises, physical tests, goals and client notes, data and graphs, and a client mobile app. Solo costs 50 per month with monthly billing and adds appointment management, PDF program downloads, custom documents and data, and billing. Growth costs 90 per month monthly and includes one professional access, unlimited collaborator access, groups and challenges, app customization, automations, and integrations. Studio costs 250 per month monthly and includes three professional accesses, roles and permissions, colleague statistics, and custom attributes. The pricing page states that currency depends on the card-issuing country.
Hexfit’s standout strength is the range of assessment and operational tools in one product. Trainers can create custom evaluations, physical tests, questionnaires, and documents, then pair those workflows with graphs, wearable data, AI features, messaging, invoices, receipts, and recurring payments. Integrations include Stripe, Zapier, Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, Polar, MindBody, Acuity, InBody, Kinvent, and several gym systems.
