Its drag-and-drop builder supports website deployment and conversations across Web, WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS and Email. The platform also includes AI responses grounded in uploaded documents or URLs, appointment booking, a unified inbox, conversation routing, outbound bots and team assignment. It is suited to growing teams that need sales and support automation in one system rather than a narrowly focused FAQ widget.

Pricing is a significant consideration. The Start plan costs £99 per month or £950 per year and includes 5 chatbots, 5,000 chats per month, 5,000 AI credits, 3 team members and 5 knowledge bases.
