HDS NextGen is a web-based affordable-housing platform for Housing Finance Agencies and contract administrators. Its Multifamily suite covers funding allocation and sub-allocation, application scoring and selection, deal origination, compliance deadlines, financial monitoring, portfolio oversight, BI dashboards, KPI tracking, and reporting. Its Section 8 suite adds tenant certifications, voucher processing, TRACS reconciliation and validation, inspections, Management and Occupancy Reviews, Section 811, and RAD workflows.
