Harlow is a web-based business management platform for freelancers and independent professionals. It brings client management, proposals, contracts, e-signatures, projects, tasks, subtasks, time tracking, and invoicing into one service. Freelancers can organize client information, track time against clients or projects, and invoice hourly, project, or retainer work. One-time, scheduled, and recurring invoices are supported, along with automated late-payment reminders and integrated payment options. Google Workspace integration extends the workflow, while the plans cover solo users through small collaborative teams.

Harlow offers a 14-day free trial but no free plan. Monthly billing starts with Solo at $19 per month, including unlimited clients and projects, flexible invoicing, integrated payment options, proposal and contract templates, task management, and time tracking. Professional costs $29 per month and adds multiple currencies, priority support, and three additional collaborators or teammates. Advanced costs $39 per month and adds white-glove onboarding, account migration support, and unlimited collaborators or teammates. Annual billing is available at $209 for Solo, $319 for Professional, and $429 for Advanced, with the same respective feature sets.

The main trade-offs are access and pricing. Harlow is web-only, so freelancers seeking native iOS or Android apps should consider an alternative with mobile applications. There is also no free plan, and the monthly starting price may be a poor fit for freelancers who need only basic invoicing. Professional limits the plan to three additional collaborators or teammates, making Advanced the required tier for unlimited collaboration. Harlow is therefore most suitable for freelancers who want contracts, project management, time tracking, recurring billing, and client workflows in one paid platform; buyers prioritizing mobile access, a free tier, or simpler invoicing should compare alternatives.
