The broad feature set suits small teams that want to consolidate HR processes, while its company-size fit also includes mid-market and enterprise organisations.
Pricing is modular. The Free recruitment plan costs $0 per employee per month on monthly billing and includes job advertising, candidate matching, and talent pool management. Self-guided and Pro are listed at $12 per employee per month on annual billing; both include full platform access, while Pro adds a dedicated HR consultant and employee lifecycle management.
