Our verdict on GymKonex
GymKonex is an all-in-one gym management platform for fitness businesses, studios, and multi-location operators. Its white-label module lets gyms publish branded iOS and Android apps with class scheduling, booking, cancellations, waitlists, push notifications, in-app payments, QR-code check-in, and member community features. The platform also covers recurring billing, payment management, e-commerce, POS, access control, and reporting, making it relevant to boutique studios, traditional gyms, CrossFit boxes, yoga and Pilates businesses, and larger gym groups.
The plan structure maps a clear expansion path by location and operational scope. Starter includes member mobile apps, one gym location, a website, and 24/7 support. Business keeps one location and adds access control and POS Lite. Premium extends the listed allowance to three gym locations, while Enterprise extends it to ten; both include access control and POS Lite. GymKonex also lists a free plan and a 14-day free trial. The pricing display uses FCFA and shows differing Starter amounts across billing views, so buyers should review the current commercial terms before choosing a paid tier.
Its strongest fit is for operators that want branded member-facing apps alongside core gym administration rather than a separate booking tool. ZKTeco integration supports 24/7 access control, while the broader feature set connects member engagement with payments, billing, retail, check-in, and multi-location reporting. The trade-off is a focused integration list and location limits on the lower tiers. Choose GymKonex if branded mobile apps and an integrated operations stack matter; consider alternatives if you need broader third-party connectivity or coverage beyond the listed ten-location Enterprise tier.
