Its focus is recruiting workflows rather than general-purpose appointment booking.
The recruiting workflow is its clearest strength. Aria can replace interviewers, resolve conflicts using preferences and time zones, and coordinate scheduling through queues and collaborative ticketing. Candidate messages cover confirmations and rescheduling, and the portal can provide interview updates.
