GoToAssist Remote Support helps support agents connect to customer computers and mobile devices for remote assistance. Its browser-based agent console and installable desktop console offer remote viewing and control, live chat, file transfer, diagnostics, and unattended access. PC, Mac, and mobile endpoints are supported, with monitor selection during supported sessions. The feature mix is aimed at small support teams that need on-demand sessions alongside unattended maintenance, rather than buyers seeking a broad service desk platform.
Session tools cover several everyday support tasks: agents can reboot and reconnect devices, open multiple sessions in one console instance, and view or switch among customer monitors. Support Key provides a direct customer connection, and session reporting is included. Those capabilities make the product a practical fit when troubleshooting and switching between customer devices matter. GoTo’s help materials describe both browser and desktop console options; the product is available across web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. GoTo’s status page lists v4 and v5 services as operational, and the listed compliance credentials are SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
According to a published GoToAssist Express pricing page, the Monthly Plan is $69 per month and the Annual Plan is $55 per month with annual billing; both include unlimited product usage and unattended support on unlimited client computers. A Day Pass costs $9.95 for 24 hours of unlimited use but excludes unattended support. Those rates may describe the legacy Express offering, not current Remote Support v5 subscriptions, so buyers should verify the applicable terms with GoTo before budgeting. There is no free plan. Choose it if its remote-control workflow and unattended access fit your team; consider alternatives if you need an established current price, integrations, or session recording as part of the listed offering.
