It combines a drag-and-drop form builder with PDF upload, conditional fields, photo capture, file attachments, signatures, workflows, approvals, dispatch, scheduling, and configurable PDF reports. Mobile users can complete forms offline and synchronize submissions later, while office teams can work through web forms and the Web Client. Its five-platform coverage includes web, Windows, iOS, Android, and API access.
Pricing is structured across three paid plans, with annual billing and a three-user minimum. Essentials costs $29 per user per month and includes configurable PDF reports, dispatch and scheduling, offline mobile access, static data sources, photo capture, and the Web Client. Pro costs $39 per user per month and adds multi-user workflows, customer and project management, API access, multi-factor authentication, and video capture. Max costs $49 per user per month and adds departments, follow-up tasks, live data sources, single sign-on, and web forms.
