Our verdict on Gloo Communications
Gloo Communications is a church-focused communications suite for ministry leaders and church communications teams. It supports outbound SMS and MMS, group-based contact segmentation, broadcasts, scheduled text series, menus, polls, video messaging, and messaging analytics. A prayer inbox centralizes and assigns prayer requests, while keyword-triggered workflows support automated follow-up and engagement. Churches can use it for visitor follow-up, prayer requests, group communication, and ministry updates.
The plan structure gives smaller churches a low-cost entry point. Gloo Free includes 500 message credits per month, outbound SMS and MMS, groups for contact segmentation, and workflows and menus. Gloo+ Monthly costs $49 per month and raises the allowance to 5,000 message credits, with unlimited groups, workflows, and menus. Gloo+ Annual provides the same 5,000 monthly credits and unlimited groups, workflows, and menus for $499.80 per year.
