Global Database is a B2B company intelligence platform for sales, compliance, risk, data, and investment teams. It combines searchable company records with executive and contact discovery, firmographics, financials, ownership information, corporate linkages, digital insights, and registry monitoring. The vendor says its coverage spans more than 600 million companies across more than 200 countries and draws from more than 400 government registries. Contact records can include business emails, direct and company phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, departments, seniority, and confidence scores.

Its ecosystem supports several ways to move information into existing workflows. Teams can export company and contact data to CSV or Excel, synchronize with Salesforce and HubSpot, and connect through a REST API or MCP for enrichment, screening, and company-data access. Microsoft Dynamics, Claude, and ChatGPT are also listed integrations. List enrichment accepts identifiers such as company names, domains, VAT numbers, registration numbers, and LinkedIn URLs. These options make Global Database a fit for organizations that need research, enrichment, CRM operations, or programmatic access rather than a standalone contact list.

The platform’s strongest distinction is breadth: it brings company discovery, executive data, technographic filtering, digital signals, ownership, filings, and registry-based monitoring into one product. Regis and AI connectors provide AI-assisted access to registry data, while monitoring can track changes to company status, directors, ownership, and filings. The tradeoff is focus. Global Database does not provide intent data, so teams seeking buyer-intent signals will need another source. It is best suited to global company and registry research, especially where compliance, risk, investment, or enrichment workflows matter. Teams wanting a narrow intent-data product or an open-source deployment should look elsewhere.
