Giveffect is cloud-based nonprofit software for organizations that need donor management alongside volunteer, fundraising, event, marketing, reporting, and workflow capabilities. Its shared database supports constituent profiles for donors, volunteers, and organizations, with custom fields, constituent groups, donation history, and interaction tracking. It is designed for small, midsize, and enterprise nonprofit teams, and is available on web, iOS, and Android.
The published plans are organized by database size, users, and workflow capacity. Lite supports 10,000–30,000 database records, up to 10 users, and up to 5 workflows. Ultimate supports 30,000–100,000 records, up to 20 users, and unlimited workflows. Ultimate+ supports 100,000 to millions of records, unlimited users, and unlimited workflows. All plans include a dedicated success manager and live customized team training. Lite and Ultimate include bi-annual check-ins, while Ultimate+ includes quarterly check-ins and unlimited screen-share and phone support. According to the vendor’s pricing page, each plan uses contact-sales pricing, and the product offers a 14-day trial.
