Our verdict on GetSetTime
GetSetTime is cloud-based scheduling software for tutors, educators, and other appointment-based businesses. It gives tutors public booking pages, availability rules, student self-booking, rescheduling and cancellations, recurring sessions, roster and progress information, staff scheduling, and online class links. Its web-based setup suits independent tutors and growing education teams that want students to manage bookings without relying on manual coordination.
The published plans show a Free option with one seat, the first 250 bookings per month included free, a public booking page, email notifications, mobile-responsive booking, and a basic calendar view. Starter costs INR 999 per month and adds basic calendar integration and reporting. Professional costs INR 1,499 per month, includes two seats, advanced calendar sync, WhatsApp and email reminders, custom branding, payment processing, and API access. Enterprise costs INR 2,999 per month and includes five seats, multi-location support, advanced user roles, SSO integration, custom integrations, and a dedicated account manager.
