Our verdict on Get My Auto DMS

Get My Auto DMS is a cloud-based dealership management system for independent and franchise automobile dealerships, including used-car and Buy Here Pay Here operations. Its focus is the sales transaction: vehicle inventory, deal structuring, payment calculations, financing, forms, credit checks, lender submissions, title processing, and accounting. It is a fit for dealers who want these workflows in one system, particularly independent or BHPH operations centered on deal processing. The vendor also positions it for established dealerships selling 40 or more vehicles per month, and says it can be used alongside its CRM and other dealership modules.

For deal work, the system supports retail cash, retail financed, wholesale, and BHPH transactions. It can generate state-specific forms and contracts with electronic signatures, run credit checks, submit deals to lenders, and process electronic titles and registrations. That scope makes it relevant to stores managing varied transaction types, rather than only tracking inventory. The vendor lists integrations including CUDL, RouteOne, Dealertrack, Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, QuickBooks, and vehicle information sources such as Kelley Blue Book, Black Book, NADA, J.D. Power, and Edmunds. QuickBooks transaction transfer connects the accounting workflow to that accounting product.

According to the vendor's pricing page, pricing is customized, so buyers need to contact sales rather than compare published DMS plan amounts. The product is cloud-deployed and web-based, with phone support and two-factor authentication listed. Its feature set covers inventory, sales, financing, and accounting, but the described workflows do not extend to service or parts operations. Dealers seeking a deal-processing system with BHPH support and named lender and data connections should consider it; stores that need a broader service-and-parts DMS should compare alternatives. The 60-day trial described by the vendor applies to CRM and Ava, not this DMS.
